Related Plugin 0.44.0 Released: New Ad Options

Version 0.44.0 of our plugin was released last week, which includes new advertising options.  You can  now choose to show ads alongside our related posts and earn money whenever an ad is clicked. They fit right into the related links, so they are not obtrusive.
